Production and Quality Control
The wafer brushes are produced in Benit's own workshop in Jiangsu, where automatic tufting lines and inspection stations run alongside the existing rubber, screed plate and electronic assembly lines. Bristle density is controlled per wafer rather than per batch, which keeps cleaning width stable as the brush wears. Every shipment is packed with moisture-proof film, foam separators and an export-grade carton or plywood pallet suitable for sea freight.
